    Titanium anodes have high electrochemical catalytic performance, with a lifespan comparable to that of lead alloy anodes. The oxygen evolution overpotential is about 0.5 V lower than that of lead alloy insoluble anodes, resulting in significant energy savings; High stability, non polluting plating solution; Lightweight and easy to replace.

    The oxygen evolution overpotential of titanium anodes is also lower than that of platinum insoluble anodes, but their lifespan is more than double. Widely used as an anode or auxiliary anode in various electroplating processes, it can replace conventional lead based alloy anodes, reduce tank voltage under the same conditions, and save energy consumption;

    Titanium anodes have good stability (chemical, electrochemical) during the electroplating process, long service life, and can be removed from the bath without the need for regular brushing when stopping plating.

    Advantages:

    1. Uniform coating deposition and high current efficiency

    2. Long working life

    3. Strong corrosion resistance

    4. After the electrode loses activity, the substrate can be reused
