The manufacturing process of titanium anode!

The titanium anode consists of a titanium substrate and a surface active coating. The titanium matrix serves as a framework and conducts electricity; The active coating participates in the electrochemical reaction.


The manufacturing process of titanium anode is as follows:


1. Material selection (high material purity, good processing performance, usually TA1 material)


2. Cutting (according to user's actual needs and specifications)


3. Welding (using argon arc welding, with uniform, dense, and smooth welding points)


4. Sandblasting (evenly textured surface with moderate roughness)


5. Leveling (good flatness of the electrode surface)


6. Acid etching (removing surface oxide skin, exposing substrate material, forming titanium hydride)


7. Solution preparation (choose different coating formulations based on different usage environments and application fields)


8. Coating and oxidation (uniform, without sedimentation, sagging, and scratches; sufficient oxidation time, uniform temperature, and small deviation)


9. Factory inspection (inspect and accept each item according to the user's drawing specifications)


10. Packaging and shipping (flexible packaging materials separate products)
